The platform, known as ‘ZHub’, provides advisers with a personalised dashboard where they can keep track of their entire protection business with Zurich.
The new tool will also enable advisers to apply for up to five policies under one application, without the need to re-key customer information.
Electronic signatures have also been introduced scrapping the new for paper signatures in order to access to client’s medical records.
Meanwhile, the new dashboard features a document library offering guides to advisers on setting up all types of cover.
It also includes sales aids, infographics, as well as guidance on specialised areas such as IHT, funeral planning and being a trustee.
