Vistra Fund Services Asia’s fund services team will be led by Charles Kwun, who joins Vistra from Orangefield Trust where he was a regional managing director and responsible for launching the fund administration services of the company in Asia. Prior to this he was chief executive of Bank of East Asia (Trustees), heading up the MPF business and mutual fund administration services of The Bank of East Asia.
Kwun’s team also includes Andrew Mascall-Robson, Shirley Yuen and Fang Ling Khor.

Vistra Fund Services, which has established offices in fund hubs Jersey and Luxembourg, offers a range of fund administration services with a major focus on alternative investment sectors including hedge funds, real estate, private equity, venture capital and alternative assets.

“We believe the combination of our highly experienced management team, backed by the resources available in the Group, will appeal to Asian investors with the most demanding of fund design requirements,” said Kwun.
