Bluespring Wealth Partners
The wealth management firm has bought New York-based Hudson Dynamic Retirement for an undisclosed sum.
It will merge into Bluespring Wealth Partners’ US Financial Services, which was acquired in 2020, creating a fourth office location for US Financial Services.
This acquisition marks the fifth transaction of 2022 for Bluespring Wealth Partners.

JP Morgan Wealth Management
The wealth manager has named Mark Adams as a regional director.
He will oversee market directors and advisers serving over 200 Chase branches in North Carolina, South Carolina, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
Adams was previously a regional director in banking at JPMorgan Chase.
Sanctuary Wealth
Independent advice firm AZ Apice Capital Management has joined the network of partner firms on the Sanctuary Global platform.
Headquartered in Sanctuary’s Miami office, the four-person team is led by managing partners Walter Alves and Bruno Gorgatti and advises on more than $400m (£306m, €366m) in client assets under management, primarily for clients domiciled in Brazil.
The team was formerly affiliated with Insigneo.
BNY Mellon Wealth Management
The wealth manager has named Justin Williams as senior client strategist in Seattle.
He joins BNY Mellon Wealth Management from Wells Fargo, where he served as a wealth adviser and senior vice president.
Raymond James
Financial adviser Logan Skinner has joined the wealth firm from Edward Jones.
Along with associates Raven Billings and Linda Harrelson, the team operates as Axis Private Wealth and is based in Longview, Texas.
Fiduciary Trust International
The global wealth manager and wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin Templeton has hired Philip Jodz as senior relationship manager based out of its Radnor office.
Prior to joining Fiduciary Trust International, Jodz worked with Abbot Downing.
