Midlands-based Connected Financial Services Limited, which is trading as Otium Finance and Rothgen Capital , failed on 17 September, according to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) register says that the firm ceased all regulated activities in November 2018.

The UK lifeboat scheme added that investors may be able to claim for compensation.
