Leeds-based asset manager Leodis Wealth is set to launch a financial planning arm.
The firm has hired Charlotte Kelso as associate director to run the operation.
Leodis Wealth Financial Planning hopes to offer advice services to around double the 350 current clients it currently supports.
With more than 23 years’ experience, Kelso started her career at First Direct, before becoming a senior premier client manager with HSBC.
Most recently, she was an IFA for Yorkshire-based West Riding Personal Financial Solutions
Broaden the horizons
Leodis Wealth chief executive Simon Cocking said: “This is an exciting time for Leodis Wealth, as we continue to grow and develop the services we offer our clients and business partners.
“The new arm will give clients access to first-class holistic financial planning, as well as access to the experience and expertise of our asset management team.”
He added: “A further adviser appointment has also been made and they will join the team in early October.”
