Wealth manager Strabens Hall has appointed Pacific Asset Management (PAM) to manage the core portfolios of its investment advisory service.
Will Bartleet, chief investment officer at PAM, will be one of the lead managers on the managed portfolio service.
Strabens Hall executive director Alistair Peel will be responsible for driving the investment proposition forward, working closely with the team from PAM. He will also sit on the Strabens Hall investment committee.
Cultural fit
Peel said: “Having headed the firm’s investment business since 2013 and after seeing a widespread number of managers, we are very excited about the progression of our service and the appointment of PAM as one of our lead managers.
“PAM are a high-calibre team with a strong track record and adopt a sensible pragmatic approach to managing portfolios.
“They are also a great cultural fit, which, as a small boutique with ambitious plans, has been an important aspect of the selection process.”
Strabens Hall presently advises around 400 clients from offices in London and Hong Kong, offering fee-based financial planning.
