Swedish wealth manager Söderberg & Partners has made investments in four IFA firms as it continues its UK expansion.
The four are, Tunbridge Wells-based Courtney Havers founded by industry veteran Ray Tuffield, Bespoke-Advice, a Chartered IFA practice of 30 people with £630m of client assets, Clear Financial Advice with £120m of assets, and Walton-on-Thames based Bigmore Associates.
This is the latest in a series of moves by the Swedish firm to expand its UK presence. In September last year it confirmed investments in three other advice firms; Timothy James & Partners; Dartington Wealth Management and Atherton York. These were Söderberg’s first major investments in the UK.

Earlier this year it revealed plans to buy a significant minority stake in Bath-based advisory firm Fidelius, and investments in Vintage and PK Financial.
Söderberg & Partners has now made investments into a total of 11 UK advice firms.
Gustaf Rentzhog, Söderberg & Partners CEO, said: “We are not a consolidator, rather our goal is to support passionate entrepreneurs to achieve their vision for their advice businesses. In the UK we have found many strong examples of fantastic businesses which deliver outstanding outcomes to their clients, and we are pleased to back them with our scale and resources.”
