Simply Biz parent group buys stake in advice tech firm

In a bid to help the company ‘develop the future of financial planning CRM’

UK-based firm Fintel, which is the parent company of Defaqto and SimplyBiz, has invested into fintech company Plannr Technologies Limited through its early-stage technology incubator Fintel Labs.

Plannr provides specialist CRM capability for financial advisers, planners and wealth managers.

The solution allows advisers to store customer data, create workflows, conduct financial planning, cash flow analysis, create suitability reports and publish to a customer portal.
