Royal London 360° has added further enhancements to its pipeline report online service.

The Isle of Man based life office said IFAs will now be able to access the new report from the dashboard on the homepage of the RL360° Online Service Centre. The company added that the changes will make it easier for advisers to see outstanding requirements on applications and help speed up new business acceptance.

“Our advisers, quite rightly, expect a great deal from online services, as do we,” said Natalie Hall, RL360°’s Director of Marketing. “We have spent a lot of time ensuring our products exceed expectations and so it is imperative we have the infrastructure to match. Our web offering is a huge part of that.

“We launched our new website just over six months ago and since then have been working on a rolling programme of improvements, including the new pipeline reporting functionality.”

Hall added the company still has “ambitious” plans for future developments and that the overall aim is to provide advisers with the “perfect customer experience” both online and offline.

“We have been building on the great feedback we have already had from our IFAs and intend to continue consulting with them in future to ensure we meet their requirements.”
