Jon Farmer joined the company three years ago and has over 17 years’ experience in operations, product and business development.
He was previously head of platform distribution at the company, where he worked with asset managers and large adviser firms in both the UK and international markets.
In the past, he has also held positions at BNP Paribas Securities Services and Jupiter Unit Trust Managers.
In his new role, he will report to group chief operating officer Chris Silcox.
On his appointment, Farmer said: “My role will be to ensure we have the right operational infrastructure in place to continue to deliver a high quality service to all existing and new clients, whilst maximising the opportunities that we have identified as a business.”
