|

TIME Investments

The firm has hired Jonathan Roseweir from Octopus Investments as head of marketing.

At Octopus, he was responsible for marketing its range of quoted funds and Inheritance Tax (IHT) services for seven years.  Prior to that, he was at Miton Group and PSigma Asset Management.

Roseweir has a long track record promoting financial services to intermediary, wholesale and retail investor markets.

Jupiter Asset Management

The firm is set to purchase both the investment team, and some £800m of mostly institutional assets, from London-based global investment boutique Origin Asset Management.

The purchase, which is subject to approval, will provide “additional scale” to the firm’s emerging markets arm and comes as part of a wider review of Jupiter’s EM franchise.

The move will also see Nick Payne, lead investment manager for global emerging market equities, leave the company at the end of the year “to pursue other opportunities”.

ECP Asset Management

The Sydney-founded firm has hired Ryan Rajkumar as principal, distribution in order to lead sales efforts in the UK, Switzerland and EMEA.

Rajkumar is the firm’s first hire in the region, and comes as the firm seeks to make its Dublin-domiciled ECP Global Growth fund available to UK investors for the first time.

Robeco

The firm has hired Western Asset Management’s Matthew Jackson as a senior investment-grade credit portfolio manager.

Jackson, who began his career at Western Asset Management in 2003, previously managed global, European and UK investment-grade mandates during his previous role. He will be based in Robeco’s London office.
