Warren started her career at KPMG in the Channel Islands and then moved to London in 2012. She is also a chartered tax adviser and chartered accountant.

Additionally, Charlie Buxton is set to join the group as a portfolio manager. He joined from Hurley partners in London where he served as an investment manager.

He joins from JP Morgan Asset Management, where he spent three years as a relationship manager for the London and Channel Islands markets.
