Natixis Wealth Management
Audrey Koenig has been promoted to deputy managing director of Natixis WM and will be in charge of the newly created wealth development department.
The aim is to promote greater integration between operations in France, Luxembourg and Belgium.
Koenig has been the director of wealth management at Natixis WM since 2017. She held the same role at Banque Privée 1818 since 2014, before it became part of Natixis.
Additionally, Philippe Guénet has been named chief executive of the Luxembourg bank and its Belgium branch.
Guénet has been with the company since 2001 and has held several senior roles across departments, and was the chief operation officer of Natixis WM prior to his promotion.
Deutsche Bank
The German bank has hired Neal Pawar as group chief information officer, effective from September 2019.
The appointment comes just days after the bank announced 18,000 jobs would be cut worldwide.
Pawar will be based in New York and will be part of the group management committee.
He joins from investment management firm AQR Capital where he was a principal and chief technology officer.
Lombard Odier
Audrey Zau has joined the Swiss bank in Hong Kong as a managing director and senior relationship manager.
She was previously head of wealth management at Rothschild & Co, which has started reducing its presence in Asia.
Fidelity International
Jenn-Hui Tan has been promoted to global head of stewardship and sustainable investing in Singapore.
Tan will be responsible for overseeing Fidelity’s ESG teams in Europe and Asia, as well as the firm’s sustainable investing activities globally.
He has been with the company for 12 years and was previously a solicitor at Norton Rose Fulbright in London.
The International Stock Exchange (Tise)
Guernsey’s stock exchange has named Adrienne Muir as non-executive director of its regulatory arm.
Muir is the chief operating officer of mobile surveillance technology firm VoxSmart. She is also a founding director and chair of the Women in Listed Derivatives.
She has worked within the financial services industry for over 20 years with companies based in the UK and New Zealand.
Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Wealth Management
Double promotion at RBC Wealth Management, with both Vikram Anand and Chris Matthews taking on the roles of managing directors, relationship management.
Anand is based in London and Matthews in Jersey.
Both were sales directors before their promotions.
Carmignac
The French independent asset manager has expanded its UK sales team with two hires.
David Beacham joins as business development director, head of regional sales, while Edward Aram-Dixton has been named business development manager.
They will be both responsible for developing the firm’s offering with UK and European investors.
Beacham joins from Goji Investments where he was head of distribution; Aram-Dixton was at Schroders Investment Management for four years as part of the UK intermediary sales, and before that he was at Citywire for six years.
Charles Stanley
Three hires for the UK wealth management firm.
Sam Cowan (in Edinburgh) and Richard Elliot (in Oxford) have been named financial planners, while Louise Aldridge joins as a paraplanner in London.
Cowan joins from Tilney where he has worked since 2012, with Elliot joining from Church’s Financial Planning where he worked as a planner for over 20 years.
Aldridge joins from Punter Southall Financial Planning where she served as a paraplanner for over two years.
Parmenion
The UK-based platform provider has appointed Mark Steers as chief distribution officer.
Steers’ position is a newly created role and he will be responsible for developing and delivering the company’s distribution strategy.
He joins from insurance and investment firm NMU Mutual where he was head of mid-corporate commercial insurance.
