Industry figures including Pantheon International partner Helen Steers (pictured) and TheCityUK CEO Miles Celic have been recognised in the King’s New Years Honours list.
Steers received an MBE for services to gender equality in business.
She has spent two decades at Pantheon and is co-lead manager of the £2.4bn Pantheon International investment trust, which invests in private equity.

Meanwhile, current M&G chair Edward Braham was honoured for his services to corporate law and business, while former HSBC group CEO Noel Quinn, who retired in September 2024, received a knighthood for services to financial services and to net zero.
Miles Celic, CEO of industry body TheCityUK, was awarded an OBE for services to finance and professional services.
He has held his current role as CEO since September 2016. Celic has previously held senior roles in HSBC and Prudential’s public affairs and policy divisions after beginning his career in broadcasting.
