P1 Investment Services has added PortfolioMetrix to its platform.

PortfolioMetrix will launch 28 portfolios on the P1 platform including its Global Passive range, and 21 portfolios with zero DFM fees.

PortfolioMetrix achieves the zero fee by building portfolios using its multi-asset funds, which has numerous operational and tax benefits.

The P1 platform has been expanding its range of DFMs and independent investment managers this year, with 8AM Global, Tatton, 5 Horizons and Magellan Investment Management being added earlier.

There are now 14 options on the platform, on top of the ability to manage clients on an advised basis.

P1 Investment Services chief executive, James Priday, said: “This addition strengthens the P1 Platform’s reputation as an open investment platform. Our collaboration with PortfolioMetrix is another step in our mission to offer advisers a comprehensive selection of DFMs who prioritise technology and client-centric investment management.

Ben Peele, managing director of PortfolioMetrix, added: “This tie-up will give even more advisers and their clients access to our award-winning range of model portfolios. It will also allow more firms to access our leading insourcing service, which sees us build customised models in partnership with culturally aligned adviser businesses.”
