Mark Pesco has joined as group managing director for private clients, Armin Kirchner for corporate and institutional clients and Mike Lightfoot for leisure services.
The Isle of Man-headquartered company said it was still looking for a group managing director for its funds business.
First Names has more than doubled in size since its management buyout and rebrand in July 2012, and said it is restructuring in order to future-proof its capacity.
In the last year it has made a number of acquisitions including corporate services provider Temmes and Mercator in Guernsey.
Morgan Jubb, group chief executive, said: “Our business has completely transformed in the past two years and it’s imperative that we continually assess our operational model to ensure that the growth we are enjoying does not in any way detract from our investment in our people or the quality of service they deliver.
“The service line model supports this and ensures many other things, not least improved communication, governance, risk management and scalability.”
Restructure
Earlier this month, the company appointed Ben Newman as managing director of its Jersey trust and corporate services business.
Newman joined First Names Group in 2008 as a private client director and held the position of deputy managing director since January.
On his promotion, Newman said: “The group has witnessed unprecedented growth in the last few years and it is a fantastic time to be part of the organisation.”
First Names Group is a global, independent provider of trust, fund and corporate administration services, with nearly 600 employees and offices in Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Cyprus, Switzerland, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France, Ireland, UK, the British Virgin Islands and Japan.
