Moneyfarm has agreed the acquisition of Willis Owen, subject to FCA approval.
This acquisition of the platform marks the digital wealth manager’s third in the UK over the past three years.
It follows the integrations of Profile Pensions and Wealthsimple’s UK book of business, as it continues to target the UK direct-to-consumer investment market.
The transaction is expected to be finalised in the first quarter of 2025 and bring’s Willis Owen’s 150,000 users under its banner.
Moneyfarm said the deal will mean Willis Owen customers have access to a broader range of investment products and a ‘more comprehensive’ wealth management service.
