IWI, which offers pan-European solutions tailored for high net worth clients, asked Foxall to act as its new UK representative on a consultancy basis to tap into his distribution and technical skills.
Foxall said there were a number of factors which made working with IWI attractive to him.
“They have a true open architecture and fully segregated solution similar to the one I helped design and deliver at Axa. But the IWI target market is very different and is focused, correctly in my mind, on high net worth internationally mobile wealth. Then, crucially, they have the cross-border technical, legal and tax expertise to deal with such clients.”
He will be working closely with Luc Rasschaert, who is the chief executive at IWI.
The IWI offering is primarily aimed at wealthy international clients with complex wealth structuring requirements, and in the UK its offering will be aimed at UK residents.
Established in 1992, it provides tailor-made solutions for its clients in the form of a Dedicated Internal Fund, where assets are selected and managed on a full discretionary basis by a professional asset manager in accordance with a predefined investment strategy.
