Perspective Financial Group has completed its first acquisition of 2023 with the purchase of Buckinghamshire-based Ian J Hunt Chartered Financial Planners for an undisclosed sum.
The firm will become part of Perspective’s nearby office in Woodstock, Oxfordshire.
The deal adds a further 70 households as clients and £37m ($46m, €42m) in assets under management (AuM).
The IFA group also announced that it has exchanged on a further eight acquisitions, all of which are now awaiting Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) approval.

In 2022, Perspective made 12 acquisitions with the last one coming in December with the purchase of Staffordshire-based Hunter & Co (IFA).
