Fairhall had been at Hansard for more than two years, and was based in its Dubai office. More latterly he was reporting to global sales and marketing director Graham Morrall who joined in June last year after serving 25 years with Zurich – most recently based in its Singapore office.
Hansard said a replacement for Fairhall had been found, adding that the new sales manager is an “expert in UK pensions”, but that it was unable to provide details at this stage.
The company said it also made two further hires to its sales team in recent months.
Fahad Versey, who also joined from Zurich, has been tasked with looking after Hansard’s non-resident Indian and Africa business, while Ahmed Hosni, has been hired to manage Arabic speaking distribution in the region.
In April, Hansard announced plans to make a renewed push into a number of key international markets, including the Middle East, Asia and Latin America.
