The tool automatically generates an email to the adviser’s client, following their online instruction, which prompts the client to confirm and authorise the withdrawal request.
Once received and validated, requested funds are transferred to the client’s designated bank account.

“The validation and ‘straight-through’ design of the new system means that funds could be in the bank account of the policyholder on the same day that the request was made, a turnaround that we believe is second to none.”
