FSCS declares another pension advice firm in default

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has announced that Birmingham-based D C Financial Limited has failed.

According to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) the firm went into liquidation in March 2023.

The FSCS told International Adviser that it has received 111 claims in total about the firm with one being rejected, one upheld and 109 still in progress in regard to pension transfer advice.

The firm was formerly known as SystemCover Limited.
