As reported earlier this week, Kemble has re-joined FPI’s United Arab Emirates headquartered business as senior regional sales manager having served as regional sales manager for Standard Life.
He joined Standard Life’s s Dubai International Financial Centre-based team shortly after it was granted its insurance intermediation licence in November 2012.
In addition to Kemble, Christophe Allafranco has joined FPI as regional sales manager from Clements Worldwide, a US headquartered insurer which specialises in selling insurance to government employees serving around the world, but which had recently launched a more “mainstream” product.
In addition, Josh Clancey has relocated to Dubai from FPI’s Isle of Man office to take up the role of regional sales consultant for Africa.
The last few months have been a period of change for the FPI business, particularly in the Middle East. Long-standing general manager Matt Waterfield left the business in July prompting a managerial restructure which saw Marcus Gent appointed as managing director of Middle East and Rest of the World.
James Tan, who became the company’s first Asia managing director in July last year, continues to lead the Asia region including Singapore and Hong Kong.
