The organisation, the full name of which is the Federation of European Independent Financial Advisers, now represents more than 160 individual advisers working in 19 European countries.
Fern Hill, which is a French registered company, is authorised to carry on business in EU member states and provides services to locals and expats.
Since launch in August 2009, Feifa has grown from an initial membership of handful of companies to 13, with several more expected to be announced in the coming weeks. It also has a partnership programme open to product providers and third-party service providers.
It has 11 partner companies from a range of sectors, including offshore life insurance, fund and investment management, structured product providers and pension companies.
Michael Lodhi, Feifa chairman, said: “[Fern Hill] is exactly the sort of company that we wish to attract and assist."
