Evelyn Partners has bolstered its Surrey office with the hire of Emma Rivers as a newly appointed financial planner.
Rivers (pictured), who previously worked as a wealth manager at Barclays Wealth Management & Private Bank, will be based at the firm’s Guildford office, which offers a range of financial and professional services including financial planning, investment management, and tax advice.
Prior to working at Barclays, Rivers advised at Saunderson House (part of the Rathbones Group) where she focused on clients who were partners of the Big 4 accountancy firms.

“Rivers brings valuable industry experience and I’m confident she’ll be a great asset to our already experienced team in Guildford,” he added.
Rivers said: “Evelyn Partners has a comprehensive offering, and I will have access to a number of specialists which complement my role as a chartered financial planner and will allow me to provide high quality holistic advice to my clients.”
