Equiom said City Trust chairman Rodney Margot “and his team of professionals” have all joined the company within its Isle of Man office as part of the acquisition deal.
The purchase of City Trust follows the acquisition of Andium Trust Company in October 2012 and is part of Equiom’s “corporate strategy of acquisitive growth to support their ongoing organic growth”.
