The company said that the sponsorship is a natural affiliation between it and the BRFC, a leading expatriate sports clubs.

“There is perfect synergy in this collaboration. BRFC symbolises expatriates at the top of their game, and the deVere Group ensures that its 60,000 expatriate clients stay in the peak of financial fitness by maximising their wealth,” said deVere Group director, Mike Coady.

“The new contract with the British Rugby Club of Paris will help reinforce the message that we’re found wherever there are British expats, a community we are immensely proud to support,” he added.

The sponsorship contract will see the deVere Group emblazoned on BRFC shirts during home and away matches this season. The club was established in 1923 by a group of English rugby players living in the French capital.

DeVere, which claims to be the world’s largest financial advisory firm, has more than $8bn of funds under administration and management. The firm recently announced plans to open a further 12 offices over the next year.
