Brooks Macdonald has bolstered its distribution team with two senior hires from Rathbones.
James Goward has joined the wealth manager as head of sales enablement after 12 years at Rathbones, where he was head of distribution operations.
Meanwhile, Rathbones head of regional sales Ben Johnson has also joined Brooks Macdonald as head of business development directors.

Rathbones Asset Management boosts Scotland and Northern Ireland distribution
Rathbones Asset Management has also announced new hires to its distribution team.
Kim Nelson has joined from Schroders as a business development director to lead asset management distribution in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
At Schroders, she was head of the client group for Scotland and Northern Ireland. Her previous experience also includes five years at Tilney, where she was a business development manager.
James Crossley, head of asset management distribution at Rathbones AM, said: “She brings enormous experience and technical knowledge to the role and has a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with intermediaries in an important region for RAM.”
