Aviva Investors has expanded its UK wealth team with the senior hires of a head of UK advisory distribution and a strategic partners director.
Hayley Randall (pictured), who joins from HSBC Asset Management, has taken the role of head of UK advisory distribution, where she will be responsible for driving growth and leading distribution for Aviva Investors’ UK IFA channel.
At HSBC Randall held several key roles, most recently head of wealth and premier in the group’s wealth and private banking business. At Aviva Investors she will report to Smera Ashraf, head of global wealth – UK.

James Clark, previously head of nationals, networks and international distribution at RBC Brewin Dolphin, joins the UK IFA team as a strategic partners director. In this role he will be responsible for the distribution of Aviva Investors’ range of multi-asset funds and model portfolio solutions to national, network and strategic accounts.
Clark has over 23 years’ advisory experience, including roles at AXA Wealth and Utmost Pan Europe. He will report to Randall.
