Brodie will be based in London, managing the firm’s operations function and third party suppliers. He will be part of the leadership team and report to CEO Richard Charnock.
He was previously with Barclays as head of UK and Western Europe and global head of credit operations. He has also worked for O2 and Sky.

Previous head of operations Karen Storie is now head of business management, responsible for ‘change delivery’ and a range of strategic transformation projects.
