Hall is a well-known industry figure and was one of the key executives in the business working to implement the five-year plan being pursued by the management team at RL360° following the buyout from Royal London in November 2013.
“I’ve taken the decision to leave RL360 to peruse other avenues,” Hall said in a posting on social media web site LinkedIn.
“I’ll be making the most of my gardening leave, lots of plans. I’ve been contacted already with offers of employment, thank you but I’m not seeking a new position in financial services for the moment,” Hall said.
The former Royal London 360° promoted Hall from head of marketing to director of marketing in January 2012, giving her a seat on the company’s executive committee for the first time.
Hall began her career in the international life industry when she joined Scottish Provident International Life Assurance in 1997 where she was appointed head of marketing in June 2009, following its merger with Scottish Life International.
Along the way she has also chaired the Association of International Life Offices (AILO) marketing committee.
