Philip Norman, who has been with the business for 16 years, has been appointed chief commercial officer and promoted to the company’s board.
Simon Mackenzie, who joined the firm in 2002, will take over from Norman as head of Elian corporate services. Mackenzie has extensive experience in the administration of complex corporate owned structures; both onshore and offshore.

We have very exciting growth plans and Philip’s team will be vital in helping us expand and grow the business in new markets and geographies.

Elian was launched in September 2014 following a management buyout from Ogier Group.
