Private bank bolsters Dubai operation, as DFM hires head of sales

Vishal Raj has joined the wealth manager in its office in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) as director of private banking, according to his Linkedin profile.

Raj was previously director of private banking and wealth management at Emirates NDB in Dubai.

Titan Wealth Holdings

The discretionary fund manager, wealth and asset management business has named Mark Livesey as head of sales and Nick Hockney has joined as senior sales consultant.

Livesey was previously a partner and business development director at LGT Vestra, where he was responsible for the recruitment and retention of clients.

Hockney, who joined Titan a number of months ago, was previously business development manager at Bordier & Cie.

Brooks Macdonald

Joe Capaldi as investment director within the wealth manager’s (Aim) portfolio service.

He joins from CS Investment Managers, where he was an investment director and lead manager of its Aim IHT service.

Guernsey Finance

The promotional agency for the island’s financial services industry has appointed Aaron Russell-Davison as business development representative for the Middle East.

Previously, he has held the role of global head of debt capital markets at Standard Chartered.
