Lumin Wealth has acquired Berkshire-based financial planner Professional Financial Centre (Thames Valley).
The deal will add over £50m of assets under management to the Lumin VZ Group, and is its ninth acquisition since 2019.
The financial advice and discretionary fund management group has offices in St. Albans, London, Bishop’s Stortford, Beaconsfield and Reading.
The deal was brokered by Bristol-based Gunner & Co.
