Real-time fractional share trading capabilities on offer, regardless of investment amount

US-based financial advice firm Vested Finance and platform DriveWealth have expanded their offering to include investors based in India.

Vested is a regulated investment adviser (RIA) serving the Indian retail investor market.

The partnership with DriveWealth will see the two firms offer digital access to the US equity market for individual investors based in the south-Asian country.

“The real-time fractional share trading capability of this offering means that individuals in India can own a stake in the US companies they love and so many of the products they use every day, regardless of the amount they are able to invest,” said Robert Cortright, chief executive of DriveWealth.

The platform’s real-time tool has been made available in 140 countries since it first rolled out in 2016.

“Whether a customer’s objective is to invest in global brands, to save for US dollar spending or to add international diversification to their portfolio, our Vested offering can accommodate their needs, with no minimum investment required.

“We are confident that this product – powered by DriveWealth’s unique technology and fractional investing capabilities – will successfully meet the needs of the Indian retail market.”

Vested is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and DriveWealth is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (Finra) and of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).
